TOPS University is the Tops Software Internet training program, which offers all TOPS Software users the chance to learn the ins and outs of their programs' modules and functions.  We have developed several classes from new community set-up to year end processing, and everything else in between (including a four hour in-depth course on CCR/ACC Enforcement).

 We are working on expanding the curriculum of classes that we offer through Tops University. The Training Department at TOPS would like to let our customers know that we are here to assist you with both TOPS questions, and with non-software general accounting questions. Both of the Corporate Trainers at TOPS have extensive experience with TOPS software, and with property management and association accounting.  





 

 
            

TOPS UNIVERSITY CLASSES OFFERED FOR November and December 

Do you have new employees but no time to train them?

Do you need a refresher on TOPS software?

Do you want to see what may be new in a particular module?

 

TOPS University is offering Customer Care Camp.

We will have each of the sessions below offered from 2-4pm Eastern Time.

Camp Day 1 = How to setup a new community and User/Passwords

Camp Day 2 = Owner Module, Flex Data and Fact Sheet

Camp Day 3 = Accounts Receivable Module

Camp Day 4 = Accounts Payable Module and Check Reconciliation Module

Camp Day  General Ledger Module with reporting

Camp Day CC&R  Module

Camp Day Work order/Calendar & Phone Messenger 

The camps will be offered monthly along with individual 1 hour topics during the end of each month.   The individual topics will vary month to month on specialized training.

** Currently in each session we can have up to 25 electronic classroom seats, each seat is $150.00. If you require more than one electronic seat you will need to complete a registration form for each seat with the primary person's name and email.
